Machine Operator & Customer Service Representative Roles

We are currently looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our client's team. We have the following positions available

Rollformer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operating rollforming machinery

• General factory duties and manual handling

• Loading and unloading materials

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift ticket – REQUIRED

• Honest, punctual, and reliable

• Available Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm (Some overtime available)

• Sheet metal or rollforming experience highly regarded

• Physically fit and willing to learn

• Strong work ethic and team player attitude

Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers via phone and email with product inquiries and orders

• Processing sales orders and quotes

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow

• Providing a high level of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Excellent phone manner and communication skills

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail

• Available Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

• Building industry knowledge is desirable but not essential

• Full training provided for the right candidate
